Installation

Important – Read First

The performance of your new system requires a properly installed system. Proper transducer attachment and placement is critical to effective anti-fouling.

All transducers must be at an elevation below the waterline.
The provided power cable must be attached to a power distribution panel capable of supplying power when the boat ignition is off, or directly to the battery – similar to how a bilge pump is wired. Just like a bilge pump, the Hull Shield system will always need access to power.
